Tv Smarttech 43 smd components broken identification

Hello everyone i can't find anything about this smd because it's completely destroyed, no mark on it, the tv turn on backlight is on
but no picture, I check voltage on t-con board any voltage, the fuse is good. I don't know if i can replace something similar but I don't know what. Thank you so much for the reply

It is necessary to indicate not the TV model, but the motherboard number (model, chassis...).

Guys i replace a second one and turn it on without t-con connector and it doesn't blown up. Then i measure bolt pin on board where two cable red comes and i have 12.30 both pin. So it's seems the problem is t-con itself...🤔 i also checked the fuse on t-con board and it's fine. It's very strange isn't... thanks again

This mosfet is a 12v switch to power T-CON, panel, look for T-CON, what could be shorting...
Also check the LVDS cable itself to see if it is shorting.

Hi the cable is okay.. the problem is i can't check those voltages when the tv is on because the mosfet blows up again.. Thanks

Why supply power, you need to use a multimeter to check what is shorting on the t-con on this 12v bus.

this has nothings to do with T-CON.. T-con had its own Fuse... the problem still at MB... DC to DC of 12 VCC not only one Mosfet SI3407-TP. the other one too... its like PNP / NPN circuit

What other circuit is similar to PNP / NPN? Do you know how the switch (mosfet) to turn on the panel (T-CON) works?

Panel 12VCC never being active circuit over all brands of TV... this mean we do have I2C to switch controller Q or IC which yours schismatic just focused on the (mosfet) self.. which this didnt help.

OP . terminated this circuit at all.. and make active DIY. DC to Dc 12V regulator feed it from any point you have >12V with CAP 2200Uf 25 V and feed it it direct to T-CON fuse ( we did this DIY before over this forum ) end.
