Can a 17IPS62 power card have 50ZFP mosfets instead of 80R1K2P?

17Mosfet short circuit on IPS62 power card. Mosfet 80r1k2p mosfet 850v 4.5 A. I have a 50ZFP mosfet. 500V 7.2A. The voltage of 50ZFP is 500 V. There is already 400 v in that hot area. Is there any problem?

500v is not enough, pulse voltage will kill it quickly...

Can anyone point me towards a schematic for the 17IPS62 PS board, no version number on the board label so assume it's just 17IPS62
