    Samsung le40a656a

    hello i have got this tv but i think its a bad panel i have tried twisting the tv incase its a tab bond fault,it seems to be all on the right hand side but nothing happens but after 15 minutes the picture comes back fine

      Yes that looks like a bad panel to me, common on these models.
