    Samsung 55" 3D LED Trouble

So I've Replaced the T-CON and Main boards trying to Troubleshoot the no picture issue on this TV... It a UN55D6900WFXZA. It's still giving me the same NO picture w/ Vertical Lines across the entire screen issues. I think the panel is toast but I'd like to know if Changing the Power supply could possibly fix it? I'm attaching the photos (I think)

The 1st Photo is after about 30 seconds when it's turned on, the 2nd photo is after is sits for about 3 minutes. NO other changes in picture other than a fading backlight function when I press Menu or the Source buttons

There was one moment when I was fiddling with the main board connections, that the screen appeared normal; but it gradually faded back to what is in the 2nd picture pretty quick. A new Main did nothing.

None of the connections on any of the boards appear to be corroded. I couldn't really see the Drive Board Connections though.

Picture #1 shows bad panel symptom. Did you try having ribbon cables between the LCD panel and the T-CON board connected one at a time yet?

No sir, I have to lay it down and remove the stand, to get at the T-Con board. But I could... What is the purpose of doing that? And do I connect them with the power on?

Re: Samsung 55" 3D LED Trouble

I am reasonably certain this is an bad LCD panel. It is extremely common with D-series Samsung LED TVs, as far as I know no one has fixed it yet (it probably isn't fixable, bad source or gate driver IC.)
