Hey another question, are you completely sure after all the testing that the issue with this TV is the power supply?

Well, after 60 post, we already know that we are not getting the PFC Voltage booster, no voltage at the VCC pin of the PFC IC.
We verify the PS_ON (>4V) and PS_ON (>4V) per your post #24. So I do not know what else to tell you. May be its time for you to get second opinion.
      Anyone wants to chime in?

Well I was just asking you because I can get another one for $40 shipped to me. I was not questioning you at all just thought maybe easier to just buy another. I really appreciate all your help but I am not as experienced as you.

BTW that large green cap is showing 393VCD when the power is on now.

166v when off then 393 when turned on. Still nothing working thought.
all voltages are good except for the amp voltage shows 0v and the harness going to the inverter shows 0v

Large green Cap never goes above 160VDC

I did try to turn the unit on with out the T-CON board connected and same result.

Dont know if all this helps but here it is.

"BTW that large green cap is showing 393VCD when the power is on now." So is this the same board that you had report earlier that it never goes up from 160VDC?

Yes all of a sudden it changed and is showing that now.

                Re: Sceptre X322BCB0359

                Another update

All cables show voltage where they should when the TV is on except for the one labeled AMP (con 4) and the cable going to the inverter board.
Everything else show the voltage it should.
The large grenn cap will stay at 160V for about 3 to 4 seconds after you turn the tv on then it jumps to 393V
