Trying to Save - Samsung UN40MU6300 - No Signs of Life

    It occurred to me that there may be a conflict with drivers/software but I reasoned that the chances of this was slim as they were all based off of the same set of files (I assume).
    I'll try your suggestion and uninstall files and start from scratch. Im not afraid or weary to try these troubleshooting steps out. If anything we will all be more certain of what's what.
    I will try update you guys by tomorrow.

    I did as you instructed. I disconnected the device, restarted the program, changed USB ports, started program with out device attached then reattached the device. It read the same.
    I then went in and unchecked everything in the status register (except for #3) which doesnt seem to be editable even when you try to change it. I redid everything but the QE radio button is still grayed out.

    When I disconnect the device and look at the edit screen again I see the default generic choices.

    i just show you it work perfectly.. other wise i will never upload to users... there are many tricks. include at the folder Devices --- StatBits.xml

    You first need to remove the protection, that is, remove all the checkboxes, click on Write, then erase the chip, then write a dump, check the contents and then install the protection (status registers 0x88, 0x42), and also click Write.

    It's strange, but how did you use it, but you probably don't know about registers, this program will show everything without a chip, and you install the chip and look.

    yours problem are at yours PC... plug out yours CH from PC, just run the software... you will be able to choose the spi and edit the SREG
    if you cant then you have Jam at yours pc clean temps etc or use another pc

    QE is not active in this program, it is a clone of the "AsProgrammer" program, in which this function is also not active, where everything works fine is "NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10", which I posted here.

    if you have under it the blocked tricked on theb grayed out-

    do it as this picture.. and try use first read. if its set correct you will need nothings do or do write what ever

    For me 1 blink is bad ram, i suspect, i have a main board with one bad ram chip, same 1 blink

    his problem he Used W25Q40BV because his program SW old one.... i give above the best one which it had W2540CL, that's all
