Celcus LED47127FHDCNTD. Dim power light and does not power up.

Hello friends, please I need help on a Celcus LED tv with model number LED47127FHDCNTD.When plugged to mains, the power indicator light switches on but not as bright as it used to and the tv refuses to power up. The fault occurred after a lightening. I have tested most of the major components in the power board but all seems ok. Can any one please tell me what to do next?

What output voltages are you getting?
Might want to test the power IC, should be listed on the board as IC101.

I would consider changing power IC anyway after lightening.
