22 ohms, a bit low, should be OK though.

Tom triedtesting volts tv on standby got :
PS ON 3.32v
PS CON 0v
VS ON 0v
tried taking tv out of standby and its not switching on at all. power light just blinks twice every second but voltages above stay the same.Comment

yes Tom just checked all boards, all cables are in place, no screen flash, different standby LED flashes from yesterday and also control board isn't flashing as much.Comment

ok tom forgot i took a board out last night and put another in, put original back in and now getting the TV to come one (out of standby) Logic board pattern has changed. i am not getting solid green light for around 4-5 seconds then light going off for 2 seconds then repeating process.Comment

3.32V when tv is in standby, as soon as the power buttons is pressed it jumps down to 0.16v and no change when flashing logic board.Comment

So how visible is this flash on the screen?
Really faint or a bright white "flash"?

Its only part of screen that flashes. Willl take a quick video tomorrow and upload. And yes its realy quick Tom. Its practicly as soon as power goes to tv it trys to come out standby straight away. Flashes then power led starts blinking. When power led stops blinki g it displays nothing on screen and no light on screenComment

I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.
In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.- Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again. - Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve. - Problem: TV shuts down

Fixed a 9 year old UN55JU650 by replacing backlight. Original backlight LED was still working after 27k! hours but terrible picture of course. Few LEDs were out, 5-6 lens fell off (bright white spots) and another few popped off with slightest force. Surviving LEDs were all slightly blue so picture has a blue tint.

Hello, everyone!
A co-worker gave me a 55-inch Samsung TV model UN55MU6103F so I can try to fix the following problem... As soon as I plug it in to the wall, the TV turns on, and the display shows a few stripes all over the screen. I took off the back cover and disconnected both ribbon cables that go to the display (one at a time) so by doing that I can narrow down the bad section of the problem, but in both cases the display turns black. I know there are some voltages that I have to check (VGH, VGL, etc.) but don't know what reading each has to show. If anyone could guide me on this,... -

At power on (plug in), power light on, relays click, repeat (sometimes)
After disconnecting Y-Main from SMPS power stays on and boot up jingle is heard from speakers
Removed Y-Main for inspection and testing
