I get sound but just white picture, main board or tcon? im not sure how to figure that out?

I'm not sure either, but you could try re-seating the LVDS cable(s)?"Tantalum for the brave, Solid Aluminium for the wise, Wet Electrolytic for the adventurous"

If just white glow on the screen and cannot see the user menu, then check the SMD and the DC Voltage on both ends of the fuse on the T-CON board.
