Insignia NS-32L240A13 TV will not turn on

After a bad storm that came through the other night I lost several electronic devices. Thankfully I was able to fix the other devices except this Insignia TV. I have changed the power supply board (6MF00320A0) and can not get the TV to come on.

The power supply board is part number is 6MF00320A0 and the main board part number is 6MF00301B0

Here are the readings I am getting on the Boards

Right now the main board is not sending out BON (Backlights ON) signal.
PON 2.94VDC / 2.935VDC PS_ON is OK
PWN 3.5VDC / 3.5VDC Dimming Control is OK.
Other voltages are OK, but not sure what the 'LED 0VDC' is.
Can we see the whole back side of the TV?

Thanks for the help. I have added the picture of the whole backside of the TV. The 0 volts DC is going to the red led bulb at the bottom of the TV. Does the BON signal come from the power supply card and what voltage am I suppose to get from the BON?

Now for the next question how do I move this to the TV section?

With or with out power I get 0vdc on BON on the mainboard. With power on I get a gnd reading or 33ohms and with power off I get OL.

So it does not have activity, I do not have any suggestion on how to fix this main board at this point, may be you can try testing voltages of the voltage regulators on the main board.

Thanks for the help. Do you have or know where I can get a schematic of these boards if not I think I will just order a new main board or do you think that will fix the problem.

BTW, did you look real close at the main board to see if you can see any burnt or damage components?

Is this TV connected to Satellite or cable box? Were they damaged also?

Yes it was connected to a cable box when this happen the cable box still comes on and shows the channel it was on; but I have not connected it to another tv to see if i get sound or a picture.
