from yours fault description it show the logo then Tizen then make reboot... this mean after Tizen usually the set with switch on the last source where it working on.... so if it was HDMI it could the source switch damaged or it set on solution which TV didnt understand it... try trik the TV to put it in STBY and from STBY state call service menu from there do hard reset.

or use the last source input with content low resolution not 4K lower you have even if 480p
Used with HDMI, we hade it at work for screen mirror from PC some times, max 10 hours of use...

This is what I've done: disconnected the TV, removed the back panel, disconnected the motherboard from the power cord, it does NOT reboot.
Reconnect the motherboard, it reboots. Disconnect the flat cable from motherboard, it doesn't reboot. Sound is present the whole time.

This indicates that the panel is faulty.

There are U-shaped cables on the strips that connect these punks to each other, disconnect them on one side and check for reboot, then do the same on the other side and then you can determine which side the problem is on.

Thanks, so it's not the motherboard? And I guess the panel isn't something you can replace, so it's just taking it to the dump?

Yes, they are, but I need photos of them in their entirety, especially the ends of the left and right strips.

You don't understand, I don't need these trains, but a photo of this green strip in its entirety, from one end to the other, the full length, maybe a photo in pieces.
                          You can disconnect the speakers.

Yes, I don't like the look under the tape, as if there was corrosion there from the glue.
