      Well I ended up ordering a power supply board and that fixed it. Sure wish I could have fixed this one.

        At least you got it working, it may help to take those voltage readings to see which one is not correct.

          I HAVE THE SAME TV SAME PROBLEM,,, dound a few caps blown,, replaced all of them no change,, replaced square cap also , no luck voltages on connector cm802 pin 25 5.3 v pin 28 5.3v pin1 5.3 so instead of 12v and 12.8 i have only 5.3v,,, also for some reason i keep blowing cm852 i have to replace it for third time,, any ideas it may be dm860 in short,,

          any ideas, please

            Ok I have the same problem, I have 5 volts Stand by only, short pin 3 to pin 1 and no result,

            Solution: Replace resisitors RM815, RM825, diode DM810, ICM801 and cap CM810.

                To be honest. The service manual says the values, but what I did, was desoldering a resistance with the same value (1002) in good condition and measures the value(10 khoms), the same thing with the diode and the IC801 take another chassis that was in my workshop as the capacitor.
