I know what 2 blinks means. Have also seen stranger things happen.

Thanks. Any way to fix panel error, by tape. Or maybe something wrong with caps?

Try youtube, there is a LOT on the subject, you can try the search here also, see what pops up, use your key words tape method, diy panel fix etc etc.
