Samsung LNT4669F that has a real bad flicker to it. It used to flicker until it warmed up like 20min then would be fine but now it's all the time. I don't see anything visually (bloated cap, burnt) So not sure what my next step is? Any help is appreciated!

OK, turn set on in a dark room and look at the back of the chassis. Backlight visible thru the holes. Do you see the flickering there? Or only when looking at the picture?Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Looks like a panel tab bonds issue. Symptoms vary. It's sometimes fixable, though not always.
