    Samsung PS42C7S Image Problem

    Hello,
I have a Plasma Samsung PS42C7S with a bad image.
Initially, when I turn it on the image was flashing. Then was tested the Y-Buffer board I it was shorted. I replaced the Y-Buffer board, ref. bn96-03103a, by the new one from Samsung, ref. bn81-06992a.
Now the image keeps stable but I have very bad picture. I have afraid to burn this new board so I keep the Plasma on for a short period.
The actual image looks like the one I send attached.
I think it might be from the Y-MAIN board but it expensive for me to buy it without any sure.
All the main voltages are OK and there are no visual component burns.
Comments will be appreciated (sorry for my english).
    Regards,
    CT

Definitely a y-main board problem. I would check it out before it completely shorts the buffers again. I'm not sure which y-main this panel has, but if its the one im thinking then itll have a common problem with shorted mosfets. Pictures of the y-main would be great.

These are the boards from this plasma. I've tested the MOSFET's on board and they seem to be OK, I mean, they are not totally shorted.
      Thank you in advance,

Hi to all sorry to pop in post but got similar problem
Image looks same but was redish a bit, had spare x main and replaced it but still same
tested vs and va they are too low, tried to adjust them but no changes turn which way you want changes only for 1 volt and that's it
With y x boards disconnected voltages up to normal as on pdp sticker
Components looks ok not sure what to start testing smps or y main
        any advise would be great
        thanks
