Vizio GV47LHDTV10A Shuts down after 20 Mins.

I haven't been on here for some time, I was looking for a place to post a possible purchase, hope this is ok.this Vizio works fine for 20 minutes then shuts down, the seller wants $100 for it.
I would like to offer him Less for it, just hope its not a main board processor needing reflow because in that case I would need to purchase a new or used main board, anyone have any suggestions? Maybe offer him $50 ? Thanks

I guess it could be a voltage regulator, power supply problem or bad solder connection, I wonder if it's worth buying

Looking at picture of power supply on shop jimmy its could be bad caps. I will ask detail question to the seller, "Shuts down after 20 Mins" meaning like:
completely off AND power LED is off
sound present and no picture

The inverter boards could have a cap problem or bad output transistor

ask questions to the seller on exactly what the TV is doing

I have the same model GV47LFHDTV10A that has a damaged main board.Anybody have the actual schematic for it?I can only find trouble shooting charts for and I need a true schematic that shows me what parts connect to what.Also if you've the schematic for the audio board and anything else it would be much appreciated.I've had the set sitting in storage so I can give the actual board part numbers but I'd love to fix it.Thank you in advance
