I have one from a pn64e533. I replaced the 3BR2565JF and the two 18n50 (used 22n60 that I had on hand). I now have standby, vs, va, and 15 volt rails. When I reinstall it the relay just clicks. Swapped it out with a good power supply and the tv works. What do I have to do now to repair it?

I have all the voltages until I hook up all connectors then the relay just clicks on and off repeatedly.

                    Maybe, it's 64 inch.

Some information is lacking, what else other than the 3BR and the other two mosfets was checked.
Are all components on the backside near where the 3BR was soldered fine?
                    No ceramic cap exploded?
Was a power up test without the main board done with the other boards connected?

It is a Pn64e533, a 64inch. If you connect ANYTHING to the power supply, the relay just clicks at 2 times a second. I don't understand how the voltages can be close to spot on when ps on to gnd and vs on to 5v are wired up. I only replaced thr 3BR2565JF and the two 18n50 mosfets. I removed the two I substituted for them(22n60) with originals. Still had same symptoms.

here we are.. how it come PS_ON go to GND !!!!! it should to 5 V Man.

if you mean PS_On read GND after plugging load on PSU... then you have to check the optocoupler of PS_ON circuit

Thanks for your advice. You are wrong and confused, but thanks anyway.
