I have a Samsung HP-T5054 with no Picture - checked the voltages at Power Supply and X Main - they both looked OK to spec - when I checked the Vscan voltage at the Y Main Board - I get (-190 Vdc) when I turn the TV on then drops to approx (-65 Vdc) quickly and continues down to zero volts the goes plus Vdc a little - this is repeatable and it will do the same with or without the two buffer boards installed. Also when you turn TV off the Vscan voltage goes right back to (-190 Vdc) and then goes down slowly.
Seen this from another Post on the Internet - So did this test - removed the ribbon cable from Logic to Y Main and turned TV on and get -190 Vdc and it remains steady, if reconnect Ribbon cable get the drop in voltage again when tested. The post did not say how to fix other then the Y main was bad.
So is the Y main bad?? or something else??
I am not sure if the Buffer Boards have a problem too. A lot of posts say that bad Buffers usually take the Y–Main out. Do not want to get another Y Main and have it go again. Or is there an fix for this Y -Main I can do my self or test the Buffers to see if they are OK. Looked all three boards over very closely and do not see any bulging caps or burn marks any place. So it is not obvious if there is a bad part.
Any help is appreciated.

. It is a hotel TV, with a slightly different version of the Tizen operating system than the TVs at home.
