Update: Replaced main board and the tv turned on no problem... On the side note Tom i looked at vt803 with a magnifying glass on the new board and it definitely is blown on my old board but there is no number on it its just a little black thing between the 2 sides. almost like it would b some kind of fuse

Glad to hear, wouldn't expect that to have any markings, it might be a ferrite bead which isn't the same as a fuse but when overloaded can fail in much the same way.
