Just got this nice 32" LED Toshiba (Smart 1080p 100Hz) along with the other Samsung LED TV.
Fault: Green pixels in black, noise, image otherwise OK.
In the end, the fault turned out to be a bent/loose LVDS cable. I taped the cable to help hold it in place. Main board uses a zero insertion force connector to hold the LVDS cable.
Would give this TV 9.5/10 for build quality, all good caps, decent PSU made by Delta, main board nice, Samsung panel. Looses points for the silly clips holding the case in place, not particularly confident about that being wall mounted!
