Technika 32'' bottom half of display grey

Don't quite know where to start. Power supply ? or video /logic board.Display
Any help would be appreciated. No schematics. or any other info yet.

It started with the bottom half going fuzzy the went black now grey. !!Now its gone black. LED driver ????

It seems to be a bad panel.Pictures would help.

Having trouble attaching photos, could it be the led driver board ? It says its a Samsung LTA320AP06 inside the cover. Like I said the bottom half of te screen went fuzzy now completely black.

I would say possibly a panel fault there, sorry!

I just tried to measure some voltages around the display driver board and its now gone white with a one inch blue band across the middle ????
