Re: Optoma HD600X-LV No HDMI Input
Yes. On the mainboard you will see a processor that takes in the hdmi devices. Follow the traces on thw board. This processor most likely failed. You will probably need to replace the whole board..or if you are proficient in board repair remove and replace the ic.
But before any of this. Try some things like factory reset and firmware update first.Did I leave the soldering iron on? -
Re: Optoma HD600X-LV No HDMI Input
Maybe this will help identify the fault, I took a video of VGA being displayed, It finds the source but has lines accross it then loses the source after a few seconds and begins to search for inputs... I have a Scottle Ir pro sc v4 and a bit of experience reballing consoles and a good bit of soldering experience so if someone pointed me in the right direction i might be able to fix it but for now i have no idea as this is the first projector i've attempted to fix,Attached Files- 20131125_224457.part1.rar (5.00 MB, 16 views)

by s_henyaHi all,
Not my usual equipment repair, Projector works great but no HDMI input.
motherboard: H550MA_R1
HDMI socket was a bit chipped on the side, but no critical damage, i replaced it anyways but still no signal.
Im assuming other damage in the mainboard.
Can anyone give me some pointers on where to begin?...06-13-2025, 09:06 AM -

The display is working great except for the HDMI. VGA, DisplayPort is fine.
i have tried several cables and sources with no luck.
Board number is 715G8912- but i didn't find its schematic anywhere.
The main chip is RTD2526FR which i didn't find its datasheet as well.
Main board looks fine without any blown components or soldering issues.
When an HDMI source is connected the screen goes blank for a few seconds and then it says, "HDMI is inactive" and enters to sleep mode.

by reessiHi everyone,
This TV had the well known power supply issue, took ages to turn on etc until one day it never turned on, I removed and tested all output caps on the PSU with an ESR meter and replaced the ones I've marked in blue on the photo (they are the new ones).
After this it turns on fine but no signal is displayed when selecting VGA or HDMI 1 & 2 but the laptop always correctly sees the tv and brings up the name and resolution...
My new flatmate assured me the hdmi's had previously worked after waiting a long time for the TV to turn on but he... -
by japlyticWith a home theatre PC connected to a TV via HDMI, Windows reveals that the TV only supports stereo sound even though the TV has a HDMI ARC connection to an AV receiver which is powered on; I also had an issue that the AV receiver does not always retain the input setting for routing the HTPC video through to the TV in standby.
So I connected a second HDMI cable to the HTPC and set it to duplicate the video outputs, but I had random audio dropouts when playing content with surround sound being passed to the AV receiver (dropouts did not occur when I replayed the content where it dropped...08-31-2022, 10:09 PM -
by ugamazingSo, I have a really bizarre issue that I'm struggling to identify the cause of. Working on an 820-02020 board with some bizarre keyboard/input-source character mapping. My suspicion is a possible damaged SPI ROM (U1970), perhaps, but I'm really not sure in this case:
1. The issue is pretty weird, but when installing MacOS, I noticed my WiFi password did not work. I quickly realized the special characters (!@#$%^& etc) were not mapping correctly.
2. I noticed the keyboard layout/input-source is defaulting to JAPANESE every single time I restore the board. I am not... - Loading...
