Time for another Samsung

Model: LE40M71B with picture distortion
Attached picture shows bottom part of picture has a field with much lower content of RED colour.
Also, around white objects or text, high degree of distortion can be seen.

The question is as "always":
Panel or T-con?

I personally can't see a panel failure causing that. Hard to see on that image, can you get up a different image, like a gradient pattern or colour bars? Could possibly be main board fault.
