Samsung LE32S86 power on if hot...

Hi guys, I've a problem with this TV: if skald in part circled with yellow, and finish at about 60 °, the TV starts immediately with no problems, what could it be? Thanks

Thats a heat sync for the video processing. Most likely heat is making the circuit. Probably a bad solder bond under the ic.
Did I leave the soldering iron on?
