The SC41, SC46,& SC42 are made different. They don't fit on the SU & SD boards. If one wants take a chance in interchanging those connectors, you can try that. I have bought a "AP" to replace a defective "AF" , but I don't want to try the interchange. I will not risk blowing the SC board I just bought.
Interchanging the connectors might work. It's at your risk.
It is almost impossible to find a reliable seller for a "AF" board.
I will rebuild the the two bad "AF" that I have here. I did a couple B-4 with success.
Mind providing some images of what you're on about? What you're saying is incorrect unless you have a board that is of different appearance than the one's I've seen and used.

Going on your information this would mean the sd and su boards fitted to rev AP would be different. They are not.

The tc-p50gt25 is fitted with Rev AP and the sd su boards in that are the same as used in the G20, G25 which both use rev AF.

I'm currently using AP in my TV, originally it had AF.

Sorry about that. Upon checking again, the reason why the "AP" connectors looked different is : The seller must have been a rookie. When the seller removed the SC from his tv, he ripped off the connectors from the SU & SD with the SC plugs. The SU & SD connectors are attached to the SC plugs. That's why the "AP" looked different to the "AF" My apologies to my mistake. I just did remove those SU/SD connectors from the SC & Yes it's running good.
Enjoy, have a good one.!! Guy

Sure, no worries. Certainly had me scratching my head. Photo of it would have been gold. Ocassionally we see and hear some crazy stuff.

Once someone bought a TV and opened it up to find 2011 boards and buffers jerry rigged into a 2010 panel. the whole thing looked dangerous as the SC would not bolt in much and had gnd wire links screwed to the chassis.

Problem with LG Plasma 60PM6700 - Random power downs
          by theone111
I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.

In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.
          1. Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
          2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
          3. Problem: TV shuts down

panasonic TH-42PC77U plasma television half screen problem
          by renech
          hello,
I hope someone on this forum can assist me.
          I have a panasonic TH-42PC77U plasma television.
the lower 1/2 of the screen has become flaky....in and out, then finally goes black and you can only see the top portion.
i have performed the reset to default settings quite a few times. Panasonic recommended..did not believe this would help...it didn't.
I have removed the back panel and looked around for something obvious...burn marks in a board, etc....nothing obvious...
I have read some posts that suggest the problem is related to the boards on the left...

Problem with PANASONIC CF53 laptop after changing BIOS settings
          by AquaMan Ua
Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in...

          Panasonic plasma TX-P42ST50 - 6 blinks
          by jm1234
          Hi,
anyone able to provide the service manual for old plasma Panasonic TX-P42ST50E?
It turns off almost immediately (0~5 seconds after pressing the on/off button) and starts flashing the red diode 6 times.
I disconnected the left-hand side board (SC?, both the ribbon cable and the power cable to it) and also another ribbon going to bottom left board. Then the led signal is 8 flashes. According to service guide to another Panasonic plasma it would mean the left-hand side board is faulty. But I'm not sure it 100% applies to my model.
I checked that board for any obvious faults...

Panasonic TX-24A1UN CRT Sound and Input problem.
          by hugocarmo
          Hi.

IΒ΄ve been given an old CRT from Panasonic, itΒ΄s almost new, it was storaged and almost not used since bought.
It is imaculate inside, almost no dust or debris inside.
The picture is good, but I have no left sound channel, I tried all the inputs, outputs, even on headphone jack. In AV2 I hear sound from right channel but no image, on tv tuner only right sound channel, the same for AV1.
So I started to look for a service manual, I found one, and started from the beginning.
Most of the times the caps are the problem so I orderer all the caps for all boards,...
