I have a 42 in plasma I found dead in a yard. I got it home and plugged it in and it had no power. That was a couple months ago. The other day it turned on but it will come on for a few seconds with a display then I hear the power supply board discharge around the transformer large capacitor area for the screen wires. The power LED goes from solid green to a steady blinking green after discharge. Also voltage is normal 80v dc when display is on then goes to around 2-3 vdc when screen turns off. Any thoughts? I tested all caps for esr and 2 read .00. The rest had good readings.
