It sounds like a bad panel to me. Can you post a pic?

Got rid of one by twicking the ribbion cable the others are the screen but way over on the left so no big deal

I have a similar problem to this now. Possibly try wedging some paper between the ribbon cables at the top of the LCD?

You mean wedge some bike tube as a shim. between the ribbon and the metal frame?
