Olevia 247TFHD: NO PICTURE BUT SCREEN LIGHTS UP / NO OLEVIA SPLASH / NO SOUND

Greetings Guys,

I am going absolutely insane over this television, I have been trying to repair it for at least 2 months. I have replaced every part in the TV it still does not work.

First I replaced the inverter boards slave/master from shopjimmy.
Second I replaced the power supply.
Third I replaced the T-con board.
Fourth I replaced the main board, twice.

I turn on the TV only to get a nice back-light and nothing else, I should see a splash screen saying Olevia but I dont, the TV lights up fine the inverter boards are working as far as I can tell. I get three red lights on the main board when I turn the set on and the blue light goes off , can someone shine a little light on this situation as I have already dumped over $300 into this television to no avail.

Right now I have:

3 - main boards
2 - sets of inverter boards
2 - main power supply's
2 - T-con boards

Any idea whats going on here?????
