I am not the expert but it looks like a failed tcon, more specifically the ic controlling gamma on the tcon appears to have failed. Im sure Budm will pipe in here soon.

If you're competent in soldering a 48 pin IC, then you can just replace the AS15 chip which usually fixes this.
