Sony KDL-40U2000 problems to start

I will recieve two Sony KDL-40U2000 with the same problem, they refuse to start up. One of them can occasional start up once in a while but not often.
I begin to check with you guys what to expect. Bad caps in PSU?

Said to flash standby led 4 times...

The service manuals displays 4 blinks as "panel failure". Guess they put everything inverter, T-con and panel itself as being "panel" parts.
Recieved the sets today, and checked the fuse on T-con = OK.
So, will check the inverter.

Checked the inverter and a small SMD fuse 0.5A was blown. Jumping this dude with a slightly bigger fuse, set starts up.
So, this will probably not lead to any bigger repairs for now.
