    I mean with those connectors unplugged does the VSUS that you measured before (0.6V or so) increase to the rated 200V or so (voltage may vary slightly.)

      it makes no big difference. if i measure between the one pin from P2 and also P11 and ground - i got 0,7 Volt in connected state and 1,0 Volt in disconnected state.
