samsung 50 plasma with a line down the screen

i have this samsung 50 plasms tv just repaired psu now got a line down the screen thinking the panel is bad.any idears would be a help.i do have a buzzing coming from y-sustain baord sounds like its coming from a heat sink on the y-sustain baord

sometimes you get lucky and find a crappy connection to the buffer board

Since there are several distinct dead lines in the band, it's very unlikely to be a loose connector.
