Tivo HD possible power supply issue

Hello everyone. I have a Tivo HD (model # TCD652160) whichis having some issues. from time to time, when I switch to the unit, I get absolutely no video. Resolution is to power cycle the unit. In speaking with Tivo, they also confirmed that it will go numerous days without talking to their servers for an update. I spoke with Weaknees and they suspect either power supply or harddrive, and they are leaning towards power supply. i opened the unit and found no caps that physically looked bad, however, I understand that there could still be issues.

Below I have two lists of caps. List 1 is what I gathered from a dealdatabase.co forum on this unit. List 2 is what I found in my unit (I didn't list the 470uf 200v unit in my list as I was told not to worry about changing this one).
What I'm hoping is that I can get some input on 1) Does this sound like it could be a cause of the issue, and 2) recommendations on caps for replacement.

    From tivo forum

Here is what I have found so far using the Panasonic FM units. There are a few I'm missing, so any help is appreciated. Also, thoughts on replacing the 470uv 200v unit?

    10v 2200uf x 5 = EEU-FM1A222
    10v 2200uf x 5 = EEU-FM1A222
    100uF 16V OST RLS = none found.
    10v 2200uf x 5 = EEU-FM1A222
    470uf 16v x 1 = EEU-FM1C471
    10v 1000uf x 2 = EEU-FM1A102
    10v 1000uf x 2 = EEU-FM1A102
    10v 2200uf x 5 = EEU-FM1A222
    10v 2200uf x 5 = EEU-FM1A222
    2.2uF 50V CapXon KF = none found.
    10uf 25v x 1 = none found.
    47uf 50v x 1 = none found.

I found this list of Digikey part numbers on the TiVo website forums. I believe these are all Panasonic FM:

        QTY PART NUMBER DESCRIPTION LOCATION

        1 P12376-ND CAP ALUM 470UF 16V 20% RADIAL C702

Grand Total: $12.49 + tax + shipping ~$17 in total.

Note, that there are multiple parts which may suffice as replacements, so my list may differ from others. I looked at other part lists posted on this forum and found issues with the specifications of the chosen parts. We want low ESR parts and high ripple currents. We need the ripple current equal to or higher than the original parts. Secondly, I favored parts that were in stock! Lastly, I didn't worry too much about package size since there is plenty of room.

In case you need to substitute a part, here's the original part list and specifications.

QTY VENDOR & TYPE DESCRIPTION Ripple Imp LOCATION
        1 CAPXON KF Series 470UF 200V ? ? C120
        1 CAPXON KF Series 47UF 50V 290mA 0.65 C220

        2 CAPXON KF Series 1000UF 10V 1.43A .038 C403,C503
        1 CAPXON KF Series 470UF 16V 1.03A .053 C702
        5 OST RLS Series 2200UF 10V 2.15A .022 C402,C407,C501,C502,C504
        1 OST RLS Series 1000UF 16V 1.82A .023 C701

Note: I could not find a data sheet for the 200V capacitor, so the ripple current and impedence is unknown.
