What is this IC on Murphy TV37RN15DM

Hi all. This TV will not power on; it is totally dead. Inside has a damaged IC with the name "MIP". Has anyone come across this IC, (IC402)?

All I can tell you is it's an IPD(intelligent power device) by panasonic, lots of different types.

That looks like an Orion OEM board? (Orion: One good OEM that used to make pretty decent badge jobs.) The schematics for it may be available. What part #s are present on the PSU?

Yea I was thinking about that. Finding a schematic manual is proven difficult.

That looks like an Orion OEM board? (Orion: One good OEM that used to make pretty decent badge jobs.) The schematics for it may be available. What part #s are present on the PSU?

All I can see is "CEG354B". No name you mentioned.

Searching on ebay (UK) I came across the actual board for £29.99. But all I need is just the name of the IC.

OK. I have looked at your web link but I do not see anything regarding: Murphy TV37RN15DM and this number on the board: "CEG354B".
