my problem is when i press the power button i get a Binking red light , blinks once pauses blinks again so on and so on...

sounds like 1 blink, SOS1 fault code. Most of what I've read in the manuals it's the A-board. Never experienced it personally. -

Don't know anything about this set but the file that was uploaded is a 2 part file for some odd reason. Not sure where to find part one but you might google the file name but change part 2 to part 1. Also the fourth pic in the original post the board labeled S appears to have bad solder joints possibly burn marks around the transistor blocks. Is it just a strange effect added by the camera?Comment

My Oct 2012 panny plasma quit working yesterday.
It was on when it happened. It let out a bit of burned plastic/circuit board smell. I was not able to find any burned parts though.
Now it produces 8 blinks. According to the repair manual, that points to SS/SS2 board(s).
I completed the steps in the guide: unplugged SS33, the TV turned on with a black screen, no blinking codes. Then I checked the continuity between pins 1 and 2 of the connectors SS52, SS54-SS57. The continuity is ok in all of them. Guide suggests to replace SS/SS2 boards so I placed an order... -

Bought this TV used not working, panel flashed briefly on power up and it was blinking 8 times, a quick look on SS board revealed a common fault on the 3uF 250V capacitors, C201 to C205 (C1620X in the service manual), the solder joints were all cracked, C201 and C205 pins were darkened and some sparking had occurred on them, C201 was split open and clearly overheated in its last hours, replaced that one and resoldered the others, 8 blinks fixed.
Also the previous owner broke the antenna connector by taking the TV out of the wall mount forgetting to unplug it, I desoldered the tuner... -
Hello, I've had this TV for 3 years, 2 years ago it stopped working signaling 12 Blinks, SOUND_SOS according to the service manual.
It has no VSUS or VDAT, and P15V has 1.0V instead, the same 15V goes to A board. F15V is ok and other main voltage rails.
It seems the power supply is defective, since unplugging D20 ribbon cable that goes from D-board to SC-board makes the behavior change, the TV stays on, there's no image nor VSUS, but 15V reads 2.4V, high enough to not trip the SOS 12 blinks, so it stays on, fans do not spin but I left it 2 hours, green led lit up... -
Hi all folks.
My old Plasma TV blinks 10 Times when i try to start it. Its now 2 weeks that i search like an old donkey on internet and i try everything.
Nothing smell or looks like burned. I think its the A board, but i did not find more infos how search error on the A board. Replace it its not an option: I dont find part for this TV in my country and if i give it to a repair shop its to expensiv...
What i have measured:
Vsus and Vda are ok
Pin1 of connector P7 : 5V ok
Pin1 and 9 of connector P6: 16V in place of 15V but...
