Panasonic Plasama 50 inch TV

Hi, the model #TC-P50U2 IS A PLASAMA TV 2010yr When the tv first comes on the picture is fine. After it warm up the screen has bars that run horizontal across the screen and are flipping.Wondering it`s a bad cap. Don`t have schematic of it. Would appreciate any ones help. Thanks pete.

Pictures of it would be handy. Service manual below. I'd consider using the mirror function described in section 5. If these lines you talk about flip to a mirrored position I'd be thinking A-board.
