Vizio Razor 22" LED No picture, won't power off

Ok I been a lurker for a week now. I been looking to see if I could find a fix without bothering anyone. I haven't been able to find exactly what I'm looking for. SO here I am looking for some help.

I have a Vizio 22" razor LED. (about 15months old) It all of a sudden has no screen. The white power indicator light will come on but I get no screen. Once I turn it on the remote and the controls on the side of the tv don't work. The only option is to turn it off by unplugging it. After being unplugged for a good portion of the day. My wife plugged it in and it worked. She watched it briefly and turned it back off. Now its back to no screen and can't turn off.
I took the back panel off and to me I see no bulged caps or leaks. I will be the first to admit I have no electronics background. I crawl through 30" pipes at Nuclear power plants inspecting for corrosion for a living. So I believe I have a good eye for detail but electronics is not my specialty nor will I pretend it is. I do have an ohm meter but don't know much about using one. I am ok with ordering a replacement board. I just need to know if its the main board or the power supply board because the set isn't worth replacing both boards.

    Thanks in advance.

"The white power indicator light will come on but I get no screen. Once I turn it on the remote and the controls on the side of the tv don't work"
Right now the standby power supply may be working but the main board is not working properly due to standby voltage may be not quite right or the main board may have bad voltage regulators, which is very common failure in VIZIO.
You need to upload the pictures of your boards so we know what we are dealing with.
Take good close up pictures of the connectors so we can read the labels.

I was not sure which connectors close up were needed. So if I missed them or need something better I will try.
        Thanks

All boards: you have more tahn one boards in your TV.
Example: The power supply board white connector, CN902 white connector, the wires are in the way, cannot read the labels.

I can see the pin labeled as ON/OFF, DIM, 16v, 12v 5.2V?????? too much flash. If you looked at the pictures you took, try to read those labels using the the pictures.
Take the voltage readings on that CN902, PIN 1 has white dot next to it. Check it with the TV off, and TV on.

                    Ok the pin is labeled as followed 1, on/off, dim, gnd, gnd,gnd,+16v, +16v, +5.2v, +5.2v, 13
with set off I get 0.226
with set on I get 0.232
However the display actually lit up this time. So I will have to retake reading once the display goes out correct?
if I leave it unplugged for a few days and plug it back in the display will come back on but not for long. So once it goes out I will retake the volts

You should have the 5.2VDC the minute you plug the TV into the outlet. What is the full model number of this Vizio?

                          Ok,
On the box under model number it says Vizio E220VA

I took a volt reading of the connector where the power is coming into the board from the wall and I got 7.2V I checked the #1pin on the connector you asked me to check (Yellow wire) and got .171V The screen was on this time, not sure if that matters or not for that reading

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                              Hi all!

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 that won't power on. Motherboard model is M1007506-015. My priority is retrieving data, but the SSD is integrated so it looks like if I can't repair it it'll need to go to a data recovery company. I've done a little basic board repair before, but nothing this advanced until now. So please forgive my ignorance in advance. 😅

I found the boardview for this laptop in the forums here, and am able to open it on my PC with FlexBV.

TL;DR - this laptop is driving me nuts with the oddball power-related behaviors. Appreciate any insight you can provide!

                              Hey guys,
I have a Vizio P502ui-B1E with no display activity at all with the power light on. It broke in a very specific way, and now exhibits strange behavior when turned on (slow response to power off command, restarts every 90 sec, more below), so I'm hoping that someone with experience working on this TV can point me in the right direction.

I already tried the 2 most common fixes with no luck:
                              - Replacing the T-Con board.
                              - Re-flashing the firmware on the U202 chip (from here: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?p=840012)

hello, I have a Vizio E371VL - the orange Vizio logo lights up while not powered on, changes to bright white when power button pressed but there is no picture.

There is no backlight, and I've done the flashlight test and cannot see any picture. The TV also will not power off using the button or the remote - I have to unplug the power cable to shut it down. The white light never fades out until unplugged. Its almost like its stuck in the powering up phase or something.

I bought a replacement mainboard and replacement power board. Neither have fixed the issue. It still...
