Well that means there are more circuits on the board have failed, there are voltage regulators and switching power supplies on the T-CON that will need to be checked out next.

Budm ,Got It torn down, I spotted this mosfet. discoloring on top of component. Here are the readings also see picture

Need to search for the spec sheet of that IC which will tell us what the pins are for that IC.

Can you try cleaning it with Isopropyl alcohol see if any more letters?
It may be proprietary part

looks like a slash mark in front of the S. I can see the number very cleanly now.

You could try and contact and ask for a data sheet but I think it could be a site that
just builds on your enquiry to make you think they have got one. Who knows?

What you have there isn't a MOSFET or any kind of power device, it's an EEPROM memory. Dead giveaway are the SCL and SDA testpoints right next to it. IS is the manufacturer logo - ISSI made it, and 408A is their code for 24C08A in TSSOP package.

Search for 408A in this PDF and you'll see i'm right. Sadly, i don't think that's your problem.

In focus picture of the rest of the TCON in as many pictures as it takes to get
it a decent size. Retest the fuse now you can get at it.
