Samsung LE37A656 - flickering and other problems

    Hi to all,
I have Samsung LE37A656. The picture was gone. I found out that on a 100Hz board ( it is separate part on this model) , a voltage regulator 4435 had short connection. Changed it and got 12 volts gain for T-con and the picture was back again.
But, the TV is flickering like stroboscope. But, if the bright and contrast are down to about 30 on the scale, than the picture is stable, but dark. If there are brighter parts on the screen, than it flickers again. Also, on the bright picture, there are a sort of ghost-parts , like shadows, and they dissapear if the picture gets darker. If it is in dynamic stage, than flickering is non-stop.
Checked the electrolytes e.t.c. but have no clue where to look for the problem.
Any suggestions or ideas will appreciate.Thank You.

Does the backlight flicker when this occurs?

When You look at the flickering panel, it looks like it goes frame by frame.
