They are very good, but you can get a lot of fakes if you buy from shady shops, let us know the series (e.g. ZLH, YXF, MCZ) before replacing them as we need to know if they are low esr (not all Rubycon caps are.)Please do not PM me with questions! would increasing the microfarad on the replacements cause a issue i.e going from 470 to 1500 same voltage tho ?Comment

ok i been testing and checking components , i found a 4.7Mohm resister open circult which i replaced has resolved the buzzing issues from power supply, still remains in standby, i just been testing Mosfets on invertor and found n channel bottom 4 are at fault model fdd8447l 40v , iam right in saying they operate similar to diodes back to back and only allow current one way through ?Comment

I have a samsung QN82Q70RA powers on then powers off. Using some info on the interwebs. I disconnected main board from power supply and backlight shows blue and stays on indicating power supply is good. So next I unplugged one on the lvds cables that connects to screen( I think other side goes to tcon board?) i can get a blue screen and if I press the picture button on the remote i get rain sounds and birds chirping. A lot of videos suggest using kaptan tape to cover the clock signals, but I've been unsucessful there.
So I thought I'd just quit messing around and come to the best site... -

I'm stumped on this guy, so wanted to see if anyone has any further ideas:
Intro:
This is an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-55M1 with unknown prior history (bought "as-is" on eBay). It charges the battery and powers on from both AC adapter and battery, so I think this rules out main power issues.
Upon attempt to boot, it will "reboot" (meaning powers down and then powers on again) only once, and then stays stuck in a status of lights on / no post / no monitor. Powering on with fn+esc maxes out the fans on first boot attempt,... -
Powers on as normal shows an image then powers off after 10 seconds
I have to unplug it from the wall and replug to get it to turn back on but then shuts off
No blown caps

Hi all — I’m trying to diagnose the plate amplifier from a Definitive Technology BP7006 tower.
Symptoms:
- The amp powers on (red light illuminated)
- No subwoofer output
- Main towers still play normally through my receiver
- No audible hum or noise from the sub section
What I’ve done so far:
- Verified fuse continuity
- Visual inspection: no burned parts
- Confirmed speaker driver reads ~5Ω DCR
- Board ID: LT-C126 (stamped on the PCB)
- Cap glue confirmed factory adhesive, not leakage

Hi everyone,
I’m working on an ASUS B5402CEA notebook.

The board powers on, fan spins for a few seconds, then it shuts down by itself.
I suspect the BIOS might be corrupted.
Could someone please check and clean (repair) the attached BIOS dump?
I’ve also attached a few photos of the motherboard for reference.
