Here is the service manual that covers this tv model, sorry I did not upload earlier. Hope it may be of some help. First try at uploading attachment so hope I get it right.

nice one Craig, I can disconnect the A board but not from P7 as then i don't hear a click and I don't get any voltages from the P board .

The signals are present to turn the outputs on, but they are not coming up. Hmm. Since SOUND+15V is present, it sounds a lot like the processor on the power board is not turning on the outputs for some reason. Can you check the F+15V just as the set throws the ten blink code?

            F+ on P6 pin 9 and 7 are both +15.8 V

This is different from previously measured. Are you certain?

i did the test this afternoon as I have had to take the set into work ( the Mrs was complaining about it in the back room ) but if you look at the above picture i have done pin 9 and 7 are both +15v..

I WILL DOUBLE CHECK THIS AGAIN IN THE MORNING IF YOU LIKE .

Just reading your upper post there is NO +15v on the SOUND+15V (pin 1/2)..... only +15v on pin7 and pin9 F+

Right now, if those measurements are good, everything appears to be working on the P board side, so the problem is quite possibly the A board.

is it worth trying to fix the A board or should I just find a replacement for it ?

You're losing me here. Previously, you have +15V on SOUND+15V, and nothing on F+15V. Then, you have voltage on both. Now, you have voltage on F+15V, but nothing on SOUND+15V.

Please go back, get the TV into 10 blink state, and measure each pin along that connector again so we can be sure if voltages are there or missing.

so would an A board swap fix this or could this still be a P board fault

We can prove that the P board is working. You will need to get hold of some 100 to 470 ohm resistors. Can you get those...?

I wonder if re-flashing the BIOS might be of any use here.

As far as I understood, steady flashing either means insufficient power or a CPU/GPU/Motherboard issue. I use the original 65watt power supply.

There are so many threads out there, but most of the solutions involve flashing codes, which I dont have or claim that you MUST use the original power supply, do a hard reset, reseat the RAM, clean the RAM,...

I picked up a Panasonic NH-P70G2, though it would apply to the NH-P80G2, NH-P70G1 and NH-P80G1 models as well, as maybe some other models. This one was coming up with a H86 error. After lots of testing and googling it was an error with one of the thermistors in the condenser area.
The attached French service manuals is incorrect, TH11 is gray and is a 95k thermistor and TH12 is black and is a 35k thermistor.
In my case TH12 was bad. I was able to get a 35k thermistor on AliExpress. It's 6mm in diameter.
Unfortunately the whole machine has to come apart to fix it.

Panasonic TC-P55ST50 8 blinks then no blinks

Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

                                            Hello Community!

                                            CASE DETAILS

Promblem Signs: Backlight on 1 sec off 7sec > repeat && Red standby light: 1blink, off 3 sec, 2 blinks, off 5 secs, 2 blinks, off 3 sec, restart cycle

13V present on powerboard output. Backlight continues flashing after removing cables to pannel one at a time and even with both disconnected. NOTE: backlight STOPs flashing and remains on when connector between powerboard and mainboard (note Tcon built in) is disconnected.

Tried inserting firmware on USB and left it in for a few hours, but no change

Recently I've gotten into EC flashing due to my broken laptop(s) and started frantically searching methods for flashing the IT5571E-128 chip on the cheap(due to me beaing a student and not having a job) and noticed that ITE newer chips can be flashed via ISP (In-System Programming) either via SMBus or the KBC (EPP - Enhanced Parallel Port) interface. While these can be achieved with programmers like SVOD4/3 or the RT809H/F those options are WAYYY out of my budget so I was horrified. But recently I stumbled uppon some programmers on aliexpress that claim they can program a variety of ITE chips...
