Ebay Buyer Problem with VX32L HDTV10A Main Board

She wants a refund, but says the board I sent to her
(which came from a TV with a cracked screen, that still
showed a menu on the screen) has the same problem and
symptoms as her old board.

She says, "there are vertical blue lines and then 1/2 the screen goes black".

Doesn't this sound like another board besides the main is bad?

Ask for a picture.

On eBay you have no rights as a seller. Just refund her and take the loss. Make it up on other sales.

I always security mark my boards when i sell them.

Me too, and I record and photograph the serial numbers too, and mention them in the auction as a kind of "proof". I've never had to use them though.

Obviously an idiot that doesn't know how to fix a TV.
