Remove that cap.
Zero ohms out of circuit = Most likely the cause.

Tom66; I think I really stepped in it this time. The C2 board arrived today. Installed it and within a millisecond, a puff of smoke after power button on. Burnt the same 2 resistors again. I'm posting 2 pics. If you will, please look at them and tell me where to check, and how, for this over voltage or short. I have Photoshop so I can break the .jpg into sections if you need it. Thanks
The only way those resistors would burn a second time is if the panel is bad.
