    What does 24V measure?

      24v2. All voltages are pretty much spot-on apart from the 12v rail.

        11.7V should be enough for the main board though. Just when it's under load it doesn't work, I'd send it back as faulty.

          The voltage is 11.3. Much as I really don't want to go through the hassle of it, I think I'll end-up returning the board

            11.3V is on the low side, but it might only work better when the main board and inverter are loading it.

              Can you try it in whatever you borrowed the board that worked out of?
              That would put it beyond doubt?
