    samsung s42ax ydo1 please help

    hi guys

    got samsung no picture s42ax ydo1
    first plug in tv... both green leds on power board light for a few then go out
    then i push the power button on side and the the two leds come on for a few then go out
    on the front the red led is blinking 7 times

    checked all fuses that i can see no bad looking capasitors on ps

    any help would be great
