i had to pull the board , tcon cable was too short to test grounded to chassis,Comment

It doesn't really make sense to test voltage without power applied; you really need to find a way to test it, one way would be soldering wires to both ends and measuring them with the chassis assembled together.Please do not PM me with questions!
