samsung lnt4661fx/xaa works when after warmup

I have a lnt4661fx/xaa , when turned on it show pic for a sec or two the black screen, sound works fine, leave it running for about 30 min,s restart it and its fine all day, if you do not turn it off its fine
Any ideas, I will post pic's later but there are no bad caps to be found, and have checked for bad joints, Have a ESR meter and tested all caps and replaced a few supects

Can you see the image if you shine a light in the screen? If so its your backlight or inverters.

I would guess bad caps or cold solder joints, but you already checked both... Maybe use a hair dryer to localize the heat to sections of the boards until you get it working, because it seems like the heat from it running all day is fixing your problem. Then concentrate on that part of the board. This will only help on a cold start up though.

Can I see the pictures of the inverter board, also check and see if the 24v and the BL_ON is present or not when you have no backlights. I still suspect bad caps with high ESR, the ESR will go down after warm up.
