Lg pdp42x3 no picture, powers off

I have a PDP42X3 that powers on for a few seconds and then the SMPS turns off. There is never a picture. There are no visibly blown caps, but I did find a blown FS2 on the YSUS board and replaced it but still the same symptoms. Has anyone experienced this before? Does this mean the YSUS is bad? Va at both YSUS and ZSUS is 58vdc and Vs is 180vdc and the manual says they should be 60vdc and 186vdc respectively. I was afraid to adjust them up and risk causing further damage to anything without some expert opinions first.

Also, is it safe to just unplug the connectors leading from the PSU to the other boards to try and isolate which one is causing the shutdown?

Thank you so much for any help!

Vs is a bit low but you can adjust with a pot on the power supply.
Yes, you can separate the YSUS from the psu and see if that is causing your problems.
There actually should be a sticker on the panel with the required Va and Vs voltages. (The manual could be right but best to go by that sticker)
