LG 50" Plasma model# 50PV400, Power Supply or Sensor problem?

50" LG Plasma model 50PV400, when power plug, the red standby on, hear relay clicks, but no response when use remote to power on or the touch power on button (This tv us the touch button, only need touch slightly).
Open the back cover, the power supply board part # is EAY6271103, measured the voltage, vs,va no voltage(This is normal in standby mode), the 17v and 5.2v is OK, I also see the optical output red light is also on. But can't trigger the Power ON mode, it stays on standby mode.
So I want to trigger the Power On mode manually, but can't find a jumper on the power board. Need help!

I have this same model 50PV400. Very similar to your issue. Red standby but can't get it to power on further. Did you ever remedy this issue?

No I didn't fix it, I sold this tv to a guy who had a same model withcracked screen.
