Does it look like this chassis? This TV uses DARFON which is known for having bad inverter transformers, but check the fuses on the inverter board first, then give us the P/N as printed on your transformers so you can check out the winding resistance.

        Re: Spectroniq PLTV-3250

Common fault is the transformer fails so one bulb doesn't light, there are about 6~12 in a 32" LCD.

When one doesn't light the inverter detects this and shuts off after 5 seconds.

If you look carefully on a white background it's sometimes possible to see the unlit bulb.

did the power supply cause the inverter to fail
          or vise versa

is the Panasonic VIERA TC-L32C5 32-Inch 720p LCD TV
          a decent model

You have not yet established that it IS an inverter transformer fault - it could be faulty wiring or a faulty bulb.

Does the power supply give power to the inverter system
there are two identical harnesses from the power board that are routed to the inverter boards area

Yes. Majority of power supply power goes to the inverters.

can you do as it says in post 2 and also post pictures of your boards

                  Welcome to the forum-
We can help a lot more if you please post good clear pictures of the whole chassis, and then pictures of each board, front and back (in the same orientation) and close up of connectors, (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) using the manage attachments button, which is found by clicking "go advanced" under quick reply.

Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.

The inverter boards, one is close to the bottom left corner under the metal shield, the right one looks like is under the shield close to the bottom right corner (not 100% sure). I do not see the pictures of your inverter boards.
It looks like your chassis has Master/Slave inverter boards setup. Do they look like these?

OK, check and see if you have 24vdc (black probe on the chassis, red probe on the fuse) on those two fuses of the inverter board when it blacks out, the inverters run on 24vdc

                                          Hi all,

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 with a Ryzen 7 series CPU and RTX 3070 GPU. My issue is that it turns on and all seems fine except after a few seconds the fans spin up high and the laptop turns off after 34 seconds.
I can get into bios and can even boot and login to Windows however after 34 seconds no matter if Im at the bios screen or booted into Windows it will just turn off.

I have managed to run HWmonitor and the temperatures of the CPU and GPU are fine, I can also touch the heatsync which is warm but not hot.

I have tried a few new bios but exactly...

Hello. I bought a faulty Lenovo ideapad 3, but it turns out the 3Valw buck converter burnt a hole through the board. I was able to clean it up, and remove all the shorts. I now can power the 3.3v rails from a bench power suppy while connecting the laptop to its psu, and I get the additional 5valw, 1.8v, and 1.05v, form what I can tell in the schematics, those are the only 4 voltages I should see before turning on, and they are present. When I hit the power button, the power indicator on the left side turns on (not the one on the power button), stays on for about 12 seconds, then turns off for...

I am currently on a troubleshoot of 46” Sony KDL-46BX450 tv. I came back from Washington to Texas on medical emergency and had to leave all my tools up there. All I have is a couple of screwdrivers and a dvm. I wish to ask the community a troubleshooting question. Please forgive stupid questions as meds I am taking produce brain fog.
I have well maintained Sony KDL-46BX450. It went black one day. After turn-on, I get solid green light and Sony logo in screen center for about 1-2 seconds, then black. No blinking LEDs, no hissing. Flashlight test shows screen characters dimly viewable,...

A Harman/Kardon AVR 645 repair has been a hobby of mine for the past several years. My latest attempt involved the purchase of a DOA unit for part swapping and testing. The original AVR would power up then shut down after a few seconds. I completely tore down both units, found a couple of bad components and reassembled one of them. Same issue, no speakers connected. After extensive research I found a repair document from Harman/Kardon that explains the protection circuit in fantastic detail and provides specific test points for each fault (power, DC detection, overload & power) and the voltage...

                                          Hi,
It have had a problem with U7100 and short circuit in Q7130.
                                          I replaced them.

It starts now and waiting 20 seconds and then starts to reset PM_SLP_S4_L every 10 seconds.
                                          Almost all voltages rising
except U3090 and U3210 (LED) - not receives enable signal.

U4500 is trying to rise - receives enable only 2-3 seconds

Here is my measuring of important signals.

What else could be the problem?

                                          I need to help.
                                          Thank you an advance....
